Summer Camps
Best Summer Ever!
Our Summer Camps are a surefire way to make sure kids and teens have the best summer ever at the Y! With programming and field trips tailor made for keeping kids active, engaged, and entertained all summer, the Danville Family YMCA is your kid’s summer destination! We have a youth Summer Camp for kids ages 5-12, and a Teen Camp for ages 13-17. No matter what age your child is, we have something for them at the Y!

June 1st – July 31st: 9 Weeks of Summer fun!
Our Summer Camp is custom built for FUN! As an all day, weekly camp, you can rest assured knowing your child is spending their summer in a safe place in good hands. Campers in Camp Sunshine will do a variety of activities in and out of our facility, from swim times in the pool to field trips to allow them to experience the world around us.
What are the fees?
Members: $175/week
Non-Members: $350/week
*$50 One-time registration fee due upon signing up
**$25 Deposit to reserve each week
Scholarships for financial assistance are available to those who qualify.
Each week of Summer Camp this year has a theme!
Have fun dressing in line with the theme, partaking in activities and lessons that align with each theme, and field trips to tie it all together! Here’s what each week’s theme will look like:

As kids grow older, their interests and needs grow with them. Our Teen Camp is a great way to keep those kids older than “traditional” summer camp age engaged and entertained with camp activities during the summer! Teen campers will partake in various activities around and outside of our facility, even taking field trips to colleges for campus visits.
What are the fees?
Members: $150/week
Non-Members: $300/week
