At the Y, we care most about your experience and the act of you getting fit. We want you to first learn how to use our tools correctly, that way your workouts will be as effective as possible. We want to help you change the unhealthy habits of your lifestyle into transformed healthy habits that you can carry with you for the rest of your life. We want to be your support team as you follow a plan that will conquer what challenges you most. Our free fitness orientation program will prepare you to do all of the above tasks and send you on your way to healthier lifestyle.
The fitness orientation consists of three sessions with one of our trainers or Wellness coaches that cover all cardio, upper body, and lower body equipment to acclimate you to our Wellness Center. If you desire more one on one training beyond the fitness orientation we offer personal training sessions that you may purchase in addition to your membership.
Personal Training:
For a limited time we are offering an introductory personal training package of 2 sessions for $50.
These 2 sessions will be completed over a one week period.
HERE'S HOW IT WORKS!
Sign up for your first appointment at the Welcome Desk. ENJOY one hour with one of our trainers. Ask them to schedule you again, and they will meet with you for one more training session during the week.

Muscles for Youth Personal Training - Muscles for Youth Flyer
We offer personal training for youth one-on-one or in a group setting. This is a great option for off-season sport training, to learn fitness basics, or to improve overall strength and wellness.

Activtrax:
Activtrax it is a customized workout program that allows members to achieve their goals: weight-loss/toning, weight gaining, strengthening, or improving endurance. It gives a step-by-step instruction on how to perform the exercises, and how many sets, as well as reps, the individual should perform. Also included with Activtrax is a complimentary diet log, where an individual can keep track of their daily caloric intake in protein, fats, and carbs so they can continue their progression towards their goals. To sign up for this computerized personal training program, sign up with a Wellness staff member for a baseline fitness evaluation. They will set up an Activtrax account for you with your personal information. This is included in your Y membership at no additional fee.
